Identifying The Companies Supplying "Alligator Alcatraz"
Thomas Kennedy, a policy analyst for the Miami-based Florida Immigrant Coalition, recently posted several photographs on social media showing companies supplying “Alligator Alcatraz” hiding their identities.
In both cases, I was able to identify these contractors by simply looking up their USDOT numbers, or by carefully examining the trucks.
You can manually search the Department of Transportation’s website yourself for this information, which is available to the public.
